The SAPARD Monitoring Committee holds its fifth meeting on July 10^th, 2003 in MAF with the following agenda:

·        Opening of the meeting and adoption of the Agenda.

• Adoption of the minutes from the 4^th meeting of the Committee, held on 10^th of December, 2002.  
  
• Information on the follow-up of the decisions taken at the 4^th meeting of the Committee, held on 10^th of December, 2002.
  
• Progress in the implementation of accredited measures on the basis of the monitoring indicators. Discussion and adoption of proposals for changes in the monitoring indicators.

• Information on the meetings of the permanent working groups of the Committee. Discussion of proposed modifications and amendments in BNARDP.
  
• Approval of the member lists of the Permanent working groups for the new measures.
  
• Discussion and adoption of the First SAPARD Annual report
  
• Information on progress in preparations for the mid-term evaluation of SAPARD.

• Discussion on the modification of Regulation 1268/99.|
  
• Any other business
  • Discussion and adoption of the proposal for the utilization of the interest accrued on the funds transferred from the EC to the SAPARD account in the National Fund.
  • Information on the results of controls carried out by EC.
  • Information on the readiness for implementation of the new 7 SAPARD measures.
  • Setting the date of the next Committee meeting.
