Information
on the forthcoming fourth meeting of the SAPARD Monitoring
Committee
The SAPARD Monitoring Committee
holds its fourth meeting on December 10th, 2002
with the following agenda:
- Opening of the meeting and adoption of the Agenda.
- Adoption of the minutes from the 3rd meeting
of the Committee, held on 28th of June 2002.
- Information on the follow-up of the decisions taken
at the 3rd meeting of the Committee, held on
28th of June 2002.
- Analysis of progress in the implementation of accredited
measures on the basis of the monitoring indicators.
- Information on the problems related to the reimbursement
of completed projects and the up-take of funds available
under the Program budgets for years 2000 and 2001.
- Information on the meetings of the permanent working
groups of the Committee, held on 28th of October
and 8th of November 2002). Discussion of proposed
modifications and amendments in BNARDP.
- Information on the progress in preparations for the
accreditation of the seven NARDP measures approved by
the STAR committee in April, 2002.
- Information on preparations for the mid-term evaluation
of SAPARD. Role of the social and economic partners in
the implementation of the evaluation.
- Any other business.
- Information on the implementation status of the
Phare project BG 0006 – 06 “Technical assistance for
strengthening SAPARD implementation capacity”.
- Setting the date of the next Committee meeting.
- Closing the 4th meeting of the Monitoring
Committee.
